As a member of the People Engagement Team the Change Communications Intern will support the cultural transformation in Marketing and Digital Services to meet the current and future demands of the business. The People Engagement Team works directly with our Marketing Leadership team to leverage insights from our ethnographic research, engagement and leadership surveys to inform organizational change initiatives, as well as the development of managers and staff. As a team member, you will be part of evolving our capability to translate insights into organizational change that enhances our employee experience. This is a unique opportunity to align the member and employee experiences. Essential Functions: - Support the change management efforts by developing change communications strategy and plans. - Mobilize staff around a future state by crafting a compelling narrative of shared purpose. - Build momentum by leveraging storytelling to elevate early wins as beacons for change. - Construct memorable messages that emotionally connect with target audiences. - Prototype, test and iterate on messaging and content based on user feedback. - Manage internal communications channels and deploy the right message in the right channel. Preferred Qualifications: - 3.0 GPA or above. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
