Major Responsibilities: Gain knowledge of insurance coverage and assist with the tracking of MedExpress locations and certificates of insurance. Assist with OSHA compliance initiatives. Assist with Property/Casualty tracking spreadsheet. Participate and assist with other Medical Operations projects as indicated. Working Relationships: Will interact with employees of the Administrative Offices and Field Operations Teams on a regular basis as well as other cross-functional team-members at the Administrative Offices. Will specifically support multiple members of the Medical Operations and Quality & Risk Departments on a daily basis. Will interact frequently with members of the Senior and Executive Leadership Team, as well as MedExpress Providers & Clinical Teams. Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications: Must be enrolled and in good standing with an accredited Bachelors Degree program, with strong preference for relevant field. Demonstrated acumen with all Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point. High level of detail orientation and strong organization skills. Knowledge of clinical and medical process, OSHA, HIPAA. Knowledge of clinical workflows, procedures and processes. Ability to maintain detailed records and to multi-task. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships. Working Conditions: Non-Center Based. Requires: the ability to sit at a computer for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping), travel to Centers (if so, the noise level is moderate and there is potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens), and ability to lift 50 lbs.
