LAW CLERK / INTERN POSITIONS Finefrock Law Firm - Scottsdale, AZ 18 hours agoFull-timeEstimated: $31,000 - $41,000 a year Apply Now THE FINEFROCK LAW FIRM PLLC accepts qualified applicants and law clerks for volunteer positions, qualified school externships, and paid or unpaid law clerk internships on a full-time, part-time and summer basis. Law clerks will receive real-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy litigation firm in exchange for their professionalism and hard work. Interns will typically be asked to perform varying work assignments and research projects, but will also be invited to attend hearings, depositions, select client meetings and both jury and non-jury trials. This opportunity will likely provide the intern with a rewarding experience that will better prepare them for life as an attorney. Volunteer positions, qualified school externships and unpaid internships are available periodically for individuals who are currently applying to law school or for individuals interested in building their credentials and exposure to the law. Qualified school externships are typically based on a Universitys course curriculum with acceptance by the professor which will then qualify for school credit after verification by the managing attorney. Typically, projects will be designed for the individual and assigned a set deadline date for completion. The time spent at the law firm will be scheduled on a flexible basis and coordinated with the law firms busy schedule. Paid research and law clerk internships are also offered to second or third year law students (preferred, though first years may apply) who possess solid research and writing skills and desire practical legal experience with a busy litigation firm. Applicants applying for the paid law clerk internship will typically be expected to work 15-20 hours per week and full-time during the summer. Pay will be negotiable based on qualifications and experience. If you are interested in our law clerk internship program, please enclose a resume, writing sample and cover letter indicating your interest, relevant work experiences, the desired position and available work schedule and send to: Attn: Marcus Rocky Finefrock, Esq. at 7120 E.
