Many of the optimization technologies developed specifically for the FinFET process also benefit designs at 28nm and other established nodes. This internship position will work with our Design Group. Intern Project: * Build an infrastructure to collect and do data mining on runtime, memory, and QoR * Data generation for on runtime / memory performance for large design, also considering distributed processing * Cloud machine testing for IC Compiler II: design testing with 2019.03 (latest code) runtime memory for open source SNPS /slowfs/cloud designs at AWS CentOS 7.5, Azure CentOS 7.5 and google machine Skill Requirements: Strong problem solving, debugging, and analysis skills. Ability to learn from team members. Working knowledge of scripting languages, i.e. Tcl, Perl, HTML. Knowledge of IC physical design P&R flow would be a plus.
