For more information, go to www.synopsys.com/software. This internship is with our Marketing Team for the Software Integrity Group located in San Francisco, CA. The team is looking for someone who is available May 2019 - December 2019 for full-time work. General Responsibilities As an intern, you will be involved in various event projects that include but are not limited to: - Build out project timelines for events, communications, collateral and emails to attendees etc. - Create log of past conference attendees, comments, etc. for analysis - Assist with event coordination - Extensive communication internally and externally via email and phone - Proofread and edit marketing collateral - Maintain an online community database by updating and organizing personal data - Assist with major launch of a Tier One report, including working with public relations, marketing staff, and customers. - You will generate content: post blogs and create newsletter blurbs Skill Requirements: - Strong Excel skills, - Solid communication skills- able to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Able to track multiple concurrent projects, attention to detail, thrive in fast-paced environments to reach deadlines, collaborative and able to work with remote teams - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Education Requirements: - Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors Program pursuing Marketing or a related major.
