Acquisitions and Development Analyst Internship Shuster Group - Jersey City, NJ 9 hours agoFull-time$12 an hour Apply Now Education * High School Diploma or GED Acquisitions and Development Analyst It is a summer position and a great opportunity to learn about the Real Estate industry Shuster Development is looking to hire an Intern who will learn how to focus on potential investment and development opportunities. Shuster Development is part of Shuster Group that handles Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management. Shuster Group is currently building and managing a wide range of properties in New York and New Jersey.We are seeking highly motivated players to join our team. The candidate will learn during the summer the following tasks: Analyzing and underwriting potential investment and development opportunities Modeling of property cash flows Drafting investment presentations Assisting with the due diligence, capitalization, and closing process Supporting asset management including reporting, monitoring property operations, evaluating potential leases and capital projects, and other ad-hoc projects Compiling, analyzing, and presenting market data Project management support for properties under construction: preparing budgets and schedules, financing, business plans, consultant coordination, construction oversight, entitlement approvals, and day to day activities Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12.00 /hour Education: * High school or equivalent (Required)
