As a Spectrum Intern, you ll be essential to two teams your respective department and your Intern peer group. Evolved Network 5G Fixed Wireless: Work with Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung to evaluate their 5G solutions. Evolved Network 3.5GHz Fixed Wireless: Evaluate 3.5GHz Fixed Wireless solutions for use on Spectrum s networks. Here s what it takes to get started Skills and experience required for this role include: * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program * Housing and transportation; these are not provided by Spectrum * Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members * Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner * Ability to conduct process review in conjunction with other team members * Knowledge of network and systems engineering concepts * Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications.
