Bulfinch Temporary Service is currently looking for a Intern Videographer to work in MGH Radiology. The position begins ASAP and is ongoing. Flexible hours are offered, work anywhere from 3-20 hours a week at $15 per/hour. Please keep in mind this position is temporary in nature and not eligible for benefits. GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: Reporting to the Translational and Creative Design Supervisor, the MGH Radiology Videographer Intern has the opportunity to implement all aspects of video production to support departmental initiatives for patient outreach, employee engagement and trainee education. The MGH Radiology Videographer Intern produces high quality video assets working in tandem with the Customer Innovation & Brand Building team as they strive to achieve comprehensive patient educational tools and foster strong provider relationships. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Participate in all components of the video production processes: creative strategy, storyboarding, shooting, editing, presenting * Develop working relationship with subject matter experts and patients in tandem with video manager * With guidance from the Translational and Creative Design Supervisor, produce and edit video content that adheres to video brand guidelines and standards to share on online channels, including web properties and social media * Assist in the development of creative assets for video, including animated clips, bumpers, bugs, on-screen graphics, and title cards * Build technical skills and gain experience with the mechanical aspects of video production including green screen, audio and animation * Provides researched recommendations for video distribution to various social media channels * Help to curate and maintain a library of video assets including, interviews, music, and b-roll * Assist with 3D video production and participates in MGH Radiology's VR Lab project * Assists with production for screen capture presentations and provides production assistance * Maintain and transport videography equipment to offsite video shoots SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: * Intermediate skill level of video and audio production using prosumer cameras and DSLRs * Required proficient knowledge of video editing software: Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audacity and After Effects, Screencast, Camtasia Relay, Skype for Business * Html knowledge as it relates to implementing videos via web * Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills * Ability to organize and prioritize workload * Team player with excellent interpersonal skills * Effectively collaborates with colleagues in a team environment * Manage multiple projects and time-sensitive deadlines * Stays abreast of industry standards as relates to video and video distribution EDUCATION: High School Degree/equivalent required, some college preferred E WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to lift 25lbs and to transport videography equipment to on location shoots.
