ACSS designs and manufactures products for all aircraft and helicopter segments, and supports products for air transport and regional airlines, business aviation, and helicopter, general aviation, and military aircraft operators. More than 75,000 ACSS products are operating in commercial, corporate and military aircraft. The Business Development Intern will interface with the Business Development and Marketing team responsible for development of product marketing material, business cases and new product concepts documented in our 5-year roadmap. Other duties include market analysis, data gathering, competitive analysis and research, business case support, presentations and support the Product Marketing activity including any required updates to the Sales Toolkit This intern position will support development of product marketing material, business cases and new product concepts documented in our 5-year roadmap. The BD Intern will also support Marketing activities including market analysis, data gathering, competitive analysis/research, new webpages, press releases, Electronic Libraries and other Marketing efforts. As part of a summer project, the intern will also migrate the BD workspace to a new Microsoft 365 sharepoint site. The summer intern session is May 20 August 2, 2019 . Interns are expected to work full time daily. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. In addition to the meaningful work experience, students have an opportunity to develop professionally, learn from mentors, establish a professional network, support military with volunteer opportunities and participate in fun social activities with other interns. Qualifications Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be pursuing a M.S/MBA/B.S./B.A in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Business Development or Engineering. Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year of college or entering a graduate studies and be currently enrolled as a full time student. Candidates should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher. Candidates must be a US Citizen or have permanent resident with green card status. Proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Power Point and Excel experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent communication and people skills and willing to collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team environment. Candidates must be motivated, disciplined and exhibit a willingness to learn while being organized, self-motivated with the ability to manage constrained time requirements. Must have the ability to work well with others and can produce high quality results with general supervision.
