Marketing Intern Ambu - Columbia, MD3.3 1 day agoPart-timeEstimated: $26,000 - $34,000 a year Apply Now Education * Bachelor's Degree * Master's Degree Skills * Marketing * Microsoft Office Position type: Part-time, min. 20 hours a week Status: Temporary (1-2 semesters) POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting market managers' activities and collaborating with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns and initiatives while gaining broad experience in marketing. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Support the marketing team in daily administrative task to include but not limited to: product line reporting, special marketing projects, and ad hoc duties as assigned Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web) and tradeshow/event preparation Help distribute marketing materials Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Collect quantitative and qualitative data for market research and competitive analysis Use standard office equipment to perform written and verbal communications Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds Qualifications / Experience: Excellent verbal and written communications skills Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters (preferred) degree preferably with a Marketing focus Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of different marketing techniques Relevant work or previous marketing is a plus Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
