Duties and Responsibilities: * Research assessments of commercial properties. * Develop and analyze market data. * Prepare appeal presentations for hearings. * Input hearing results into database and archive documents. Skills and Abilities: * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access). * Ability to complete task with imposed deadlines. * Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision. * Strong organizational skills.
