Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Development Intern will support the acquisition team in all aspects of the acquisition cycle and will help influence the strategic decisions to help grow the company, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve organizational excellence. Responsibilities include identifying, researching, and profiling potential acquisition targets, due diligence on potential acquisitions, financial modeling, strategy, and other ad hoc assignments. Using qualitative research methods, Interns utilize on-line databases (ex. Capital IQ, Hoovers, etc), the internet, industry association company lists, and our internal network of companies. Full exposure to financial modeling (DCF, LBO, and accretion dilution) and deal negotiation.
