Understand Gensuites core audiences and develop targeted messaging accordinglycurrent customers, prospective customers, partners etc. Assist with Brand Management & adhere to Gensuite branding standards. Edit and proofread team content in various formats for grammar, impact and brand voice. Work closely with subject matter experts to develop technical content. Provide advisory and editorial support for technical software support staff to enhance written communications in software release notes, tutorials and training documentation. Education: Working towards a Bachelors degree in Communications or equivalent experience Qualifications & Experience: Experience working at a software products/services company preferred. Experience writing marketing materials, FAQs, User Guidance, Upgrades and Enhancements. Excellent proofreading skills. Demonstrate effective verbal & written communication skills. Strong time management. Proficient computer skills. Ability to work independently to develop, implement and manage projects. Knowledge of SEO practices and page optimization desired.
