Electrical Mechanical Intern/Assistant AM Industrial Group - Brook Park, OH 7 hours agoFull-timeEstimated: $15,000 - $20,000 a year Apply Now Education * High School Diploma or GED Skills * Mechanical Knowledge Summary: Work under the directions of the technician and learn how to reassemble industrial machinery. Some of duties and responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to: * Assist technician in tearing down and reassembly of industrial machinery for refurbishing * Set up and troubleshoot industrial machinery * Test functions of industrial machinery; replace/repair parts as necessary * Keep your designated work area tidy and clean * Relate any new ideas and efficiency improvements to technician for evaluation * Perform other related duties as assigned * Operate hand tools (drilling and sawing) as needed * Should be able to work according to the blue prints and verbal instructions Skills & Abilities: * Willing to learn attitude; open to challenges * must poses basic mechanical skills, flexibility and adaptability to change * demonstrated skills with standard hand and power tools * ability to work in a team environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Education: * HS diploma or GED preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work authorization: * United States (Required) Working days: * Monday * Tuesday * Wednesday * Thursday * Friday Overtime often available: * Yes Typical start time: * 7AM Typical end time: * 4PM Pay Frequency: * Bi weekly or Twice monthly This Job Is: * Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED * A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply * A good first job for someone who is just entering the workforce with limited experience and education * A good first job for new college grads
