Trouble-shoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Candidates should be proficient in Windows 7 and above, Microsoft Office 2010 and above, and Basic Network Troubleshooting skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Respond to level 1 helpdesk request and escalate as needed * Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in a timely fashion * Research issues and advise end user on appropriate action\ * Inventory equipment * Assists with research on current technology upgrade projects * Setup computers for new users, physical and virtual * Change backup media per set schedule * Other duties and responsibilities as required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: We are looking for students with skills in any of the following areas: HTM, Remotes Access Platform (VPN); IT Computer Forensics; Web page design and project management; Internet research techniques; Database design) e.g., Excel, Microsoft Access, Business Warehouse; Outstanding leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills; superior oral and written communication skills; Microsoft Office; PC Hardware and software Configuration; LAN/WAN Network Administration. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be present a current, valid class C (Class 1) Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Operators License prior to appointment. A valid drivers license must be maintained throughout employment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * Have declared in a specific degree program (MIS, CIS, Busn. Admin) * Maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on the 4.0 scale * Provide resume specifying all technical skills and relevant coursework and experience * Completion of at least one year of studies at an accredited college/university * Other combinations of education and experience that meets the minimum requirements may be substituted.
