YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and enhance MS Access based databases by developing new processes, functions, and tools. Document standard work within the warranty function. Analyze warranty claim data and warranty return part investigation data to document product and component performance. Logically reorganize file storage to facilitate retrieval of past analyses. Summarize and deliver meaningful data summaries from warranty data. Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts.
