Employees working a 90+% assignment are required to take at least single coverage health insurance with the AUSD Job Description / Essential Elements: Click Here to View Requirements for Applying Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a masters degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work or Marriage & Family counseling and be working toward MFT or LCSW licensure Skill in educationally related counseling services for at-risk students including individual, group and/or family counseling sessions Knowledge of educationally related counseling techniques used to meet the needs of at-risk students, agencies and resources available to assist children.
