Who This Internship Would Benefit: Students with an interest in developing their business strategy and business analytics skills; those with an interest in pursuing management or strategy consulting as a career path; anyone strongly interested in change management or business process improvement Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead and drive a special project that supports the development of Executive Level KPI and Metrics across the entire organization * Support the Business Transformation Office Director with transformation, strategy, and business analysis activities * Assist with the processes and communications to help various Transformation Tiger Teams ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met * Assist in researching and summarizing best practices, current market data and industry benchmarks to enable data-driven strategic decisions Qualifications, skills, and requirements: * Must be working on Bachelor's degree in business or related field. * Graduating in 2020 or sooner. * Solid business and analytics acumen, especially in the areas of strategic and financial data * Knowledge/interest in technology consulting and IT industry is a plus. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel) to present and analyze strategic information * A high level of professionalism and integrity. * Exceptional organizational skills. * Self-motivated, driven and energetic with exceptional work ethic. * Problem solving skills with unstructured information. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. * Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping. * Team player and can collaborate with other teams in the organization. Job Type: Temporary Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour Work Location: * One location
