This position will support the throughout the on-boarding and badging process. This role will interact with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, People Services, and Team Members. *Minimum Requirements * Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Education: Bachelors Degree Education Other: To be qualified to apply, intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a College or University, or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Certification: No Years of Experience: To be qualified to apply, returnship candidates should be an experienced professionals who have taken an extended career break of at least two years and are looking to transition back into the workforce. *Preferred Requirements * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (emphasis in Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Ultipro HRIS a huge plus. Understanding of general HR practices and processes. Knowledge of all general office equipment, e.g. computer, fax, printer, copier, scanner, multi-line phone system, and calculator Sound multi-tasking and self-organization capabilities within tight timelines. Strong attention to detail while being results and solution driven. History of working independently with little direction. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and follow-up. Must demonstrate a positive and polished Customer Service demeanor to all internal and external Customers. *Job Duties * Assist with communicating the status of the background check and drug test process. Assists with background and drug check process. Interacts with Supervisor, Employment Services & Supervisor, Badging & Compliance to arrange for applicant fingerprinting, reference checking, and new hire badging processes Performs special projects as assigned by People Services management *Physical Requirements * The Physical Demands and Work Environment described here are a representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of the role.
