Part-time, Internship Summary: The Marketing Intern is a key link in implementing marketing strategies across the company. This role includes, but is not limited to providing technology support, social media support, development and distribution of marketing and sales materials, data and program management while adhering to deadlines. The Marketing Intern also provides various support to the marketing team. This opportunity is for someone seeking to work 20-29 hours per week. However, we can be flexible with scheduling. Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: * Assist with management and maintenance of Salesforce. * Maintain and update contacts in Salesforce daily. * Assist Marketing Coordinator with requesting appointment documentation as needed. * Follow up with brokers on missing paperwork and information. * Manage website lead dashboard and reports weekly leads to marketing team * Notify marketing team member when their lead is missing information for follow up. * Assist with management of marketing related email inboxes (as needed) * Marketing inbox * Forward emails to responsible parties. * Management of producer requests & add them to Salesforce. * Updates inbox * Manages new contact/address update requests * Updates contact/address in Salesforce by EOD the request is received * Marketing communications & creative pieces * Creates and distributes bi-weekly Broker Success Flash. * Assist in the management of all Atlas branded materials. This includes keeping up with inventory and placing orders when necessary. * Prints and organizes Atlas welcome marketing folders for broker visits. * Assist in creating and organizing all claims kits in Adobe and making any changes to existing kits. * Assist in the creation and management of materials for trade shows and events. * Compliance clean-up & maintenance * Assist marketing efforts in cleaning up producers old/invalid W-9s * Assist marketing efforts in requesting new W-9/ACH forms from producer * Trade shows and industry events * Assist Marketing Coordinator with event/tradeshow planning and logistics * Social media posts * Assists with the management of social media posts. Post at least twice a week on LinkedIn on behalf of Atlas. * Assist with planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, marketing communications; both internal & external * Assist with managing Atlas broker partner accounts, and data management with our CRM platform * Assist with planning email campaigns, promotions, and marketing schedules, utilizing our marketing platform; HubSpot * Assist with compiling marketing analytics, KPIs and campaign performance reports Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required and currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in related field preferred. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro. * Working knowledge of graphic/design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign is preferred. * Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management software is highly preferred. Language Ability: Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, agencies, vendors and members of the business community. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Confidentiality: The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information is required. Math Ability: Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Supervisory Responsibilities: Works under general supervision. Work is reviewed for overall adequacy in performing tasks.
