Selected candidates will train with Senior Level Project Managers and Project Financial Managers in all aspects of MediaKind project administration. The Project Management Operations Intern is a full-time college or university student that is interested in a career as a Project Manager. The internship is a full-time position during the summer recess (and possibly other extended times off from college) Duties include but are not limited to: * Project Contract Administration * Project Scheduling and Billing * SAP, Microsoft Project Online, and Power BI administration and reporting * Project Meetings, communications and knowledge base support * Project reviews and governance preparation (risk management, exception reporting, scorecards) * Project management process implementation * Project Resource planning, allocation, and forecasting Working days: * Monday * Tuesday * Wednesday * Thursday * Friday Hours per week: 40 Requirements: * Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, management, or other business related degree * GPA of 3.0 or higher * Excellent communication and writing skills * Prior project management experience is preferred, but not required.
