Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. No visa sponsorship is available for this position. *Education: * Associate's Degree *Education Other: * Must be enrolled in an accredited university, with preference given to candidates that will have completed at least two (2) years of university-level coursework. Relevant coursework includes: finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, accounting, etc. *Preferred Requirements * Excellent verbal and written communication skill essential. Microsoft Excel (or significant computer programming) proficiency required. Innate interest in airline planning and keen motivation to learn indispensable. Sound problem solving and structured yet unconstrained thinking capability valuable. Interest/experience in business, economic and/or math advantageous. Knowledge in airline economics and aviation industry highly coveted. Available to work Summer semesters and terms approximately May through August. Exact dates to be determined. Ability to work between 15 and 40 hours per week depending on class schedule and credits received. *Job Duties * Evaluate the on-sale schedule with Revenue Management team for optimal use of aircraft. Collaborate with Charter Planning and Capacity Planning to maximize available opportunities. Contribute on Network Planning forecasts and analyses. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
