If youre passionate about gaming and PC hardware, were looking for you to join our team! Our interns will be engaged in the PC hardware/Gaming industry and acquire hands on experience in all aspects of our industry. Our summer internship program will last two months (starts on Wednesday, June 19th and completes on Friday, August 16th). In addition to real-world, hands on experience in the gaming industry, we hope youll have an awesome summer with us through our intern programming (movies, events, happy hours, and more!). NZXT is looking for a passionate Social Media Intern to help build, grow, and manage our online communities. Working closely with the Community Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring social media outlets and online forums to find out what people are saying about our company. The Social Media Intern also engages with customers and fans on a regular basis to gather insights for developing community programs that increase brand loyalty. YOU WILL: * Generate daily content (original text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. * Deliver timely and accurate responses to community questions and requests across all online platforms. * Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. * Use social listening habits to capture community interactions and buzz around the gaming industry and our brand. * Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices. YOU ARE: * Passionate about the gaming and PC industry. * Exceptional at communicating, both written and verbal. * Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Patient and empathetic for helping others. * Great at problem-solving and troubleshooting. * Currently enrolled at a college or university. * Majoring in marketing, public relations and/or related field. * Able to receive college credit from your university or college for this internship. * Able to work on site at the location indicated for this posting. * Available to work full time during the Program (40 hours per week), which starts on June 19th and ends on Aug 16th. * 18 years or older.
