Prepare clear, compelling dashboards with key performance metrics to show the impact of marketing tactics such as events, media coverage, publication readership, digital marketing, etc Collaborate with global analytics team to understand the set of available marketing KPI metrics and ensure the most meaningful measures are being leveraged for the HCPA Execute ongoing research to maintain data quality within marketing platforms including global CRM database Liaise with internal teams and in-house vendor to deploy internal communications Support the day-to-day execution, scheduling, and preparation for meetings with partners and key stakeholders YOU'RE GOOD AT We are seeking an intern candidate to support the HCPA Global Marketing Team. The ideal candidate has a balance of both creative and analytical skills to support problem-solving efforts and drive impact to our marketing efforts. In this role, you will assist the Marketing Partner, Global Senior Marketing Manager and other members of the Practice Area Operations Team in a variety of marketing related topics, such as management of the contacts database, reporting and business intelligence tasks, event marketing, and others. The role provides the chance to gain foundational experience in international marketing and analytics for a leading global management consultancy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the intern will communicate with consultants, other BCG staff, and outside vendors Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Designed for an individual currently enrolled in a business administration, marketing analytics, or integrated marketing Masters or Bachelors program (Junior or above), with strong academic performance. Prior work experience preferred. Education or experience in marketing analytics strongly preferred Desire to gain practical experience in an international company Must be able to work approximately 20 hours/week from May-November. Possible option to extend to a full-year commitment if desired.
