Job Purpose Our Internship Program is aimed at cultivating new talent, growing new leaders, and increasing Mitsubishi Chemical Americans commitment to the professional development of our employees. Principal Accountabilities To be successful, you must be available to work 20 hours per week and during this time interns will be provided with a challenging, educational and rewarding experience. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment. * Support the HR & Talent Acquisition team in recruiting activity & administration * Perform transactional recruiting tasks within our applicant tracking system * Support our candidate attraction plans as a Hiring Ambassador * Help to leverage our employer brand through targeted social media activity * Leverage innovative recruitment marketing, sourcing and attraction tools, techniques and processes to identify and recruit high caliber talent at scale * Provide administrative support for volume hiring events also acting as an ambassador for MCA Required Experience: * Active enrollment in a college/university * Completed at least two years of coursework (Junior or Senior) * Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher * Working towards Bachelors degree or Masters in Human Resources or related business field * Strong data gathering and data analysis skills * Advance MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing * Comfortable speaking to large groups and presenting at job fairs/open houses * Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills * Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency * Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team * Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) This role offers a career-defining opportunity to join a successful and fast growing global business and a dynamic HR team that delivers tangible business improvement across a complex organization.
