Were looking for someone who works hard but isnt afraid to have fun doing it, someone who wants to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities as Smart Furniture grows. Were poised to be a leader in the rapidly growing resimercial furniture category, and we want someone whos ready to join us on that journey. The eCommerce Marketplace Intern will assist with our efforts on third party marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, helping to grow the Smart Furniture catalog on those channels. This role will be critical for growing key sales channels into a pillar of Smart Furnitures overall annual revenue. Primary Responsibilities * Assist with growing Smart Furnitures product catalog across third party marketplaces * Ensure accurate presentation of product data, shipping information, and other key data points * Successful execution merchandising, operational optimization, catalog maintenance, content and more * Assist with adding new products and brands to the Smart Furniture catalog * Optimize Smart Furnitures offering to grow sales across all digital sales channels * Work closely with merchandising and operations teams to improve processes and find efficiencies * Reports to Merchandising Manager Requirements Background and Experience * Rising senior or recent graduate, or equivalent experience in relevant field * Familiarity with online shopping, ecommerce, and data management * Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking * Highly proficient in Excel * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of HTML, CSS a plus Characteristics and Traits * Self-starter who takes ownership of their work * Sees problems as opportunities to learn and is always looking to improve * Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where passion for great customer experience drives all efforts * Ability to find simplify complex problems and find elegant solutions * Ability to effectively organize information, manage projects, and work with others on a close-knit team * Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills * A no task is too small attitude and a positive outlook Job Types: Full-time, Internship Experience: * HTML5: 1 year (Preferred) * Excel: 1 year (Preferred) * Analysis Skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work authorization: * United States (Required) Work Location: * One location * Remote/Work from home
