Areas of focus: * Asset Management * Insurance (Life and Health) * Tax Strategy and Planning * Estate Planning * Financial Planning and Retirement * Property and Casualty Insurance (Personal and Business) * Debt (Commercial and Consumer Lending) * Banking and Cash Management Your Role: As a Recruiting Department Intern, you will get exposed to the Hantz Groups unique culture, while also developing recruiting and administrative skills. We are looking for someone that we can integrate into our department as they continue to pursue their degree. Your work will include: * Screening and scheduling initial interviews * Prepare for and attend career fair/recruiting events * Track applicants using internal applicant software * Adhere to employment law practices * Participate in on-boarding of new hires; including scheduling of orientation and background checks * Follow up on new recruits throughout licensing process * Create and distribute study calendars to new recruits * All other tasks assigned Qualifications: * Pursuing a Bachelors Degree * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to manage time effectively and work independently * Detail oriented and strong analytical problem solving skills * Ability to take constructive criticism and adjust accordingly * Proficient in Microsoft Office Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour Work authorization: * United States (Required)
