About you: You specialize in client service to ensure the maintenance of an efficient, organized office that allows the Financial Representative to focus his/her energy building client relationships. You are a liaison between the home office, financial representative, and clients. You will advance your knowledge of financial planning and wealth management to become a trusted Financial Advisor. Through our personal and professional development training, you will not only learn how to build and maintain relationships within your community, but you will also have the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of others by helping them enjoy financially secure lives. Specific qualifications should include but not be limited to: Desired Qualifications: * Excellent Communication skills * Extreme attention to detail * Superb work ethic * Extremely organized * Proactive self-starter, self-driven & self-discipline. Doesnt need a lot of hand holding. * Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy * Works well in ambiguous situations * Client service experience * Creative thinker, thinks of ways to enhance our team through efficiency * Tech involved, utilizes finances apps. * Has a desire to be involved in investments, insurance and financial planning decisions for clients. * Wants a long-term career with growth potential, not a job. Thinks of ways to make our team better, more effective & efficient for the client and ourselves. * IL Life and Health licensed (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire) Series 6 & 63, 7 a plus! Wants to gain education, obtain credentials and have a bigger impact. * INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE a plus! Responsibilities include: * Communication with clients in various stages of their financial journey * Client Service: Service and maintain new and existing client accounts * Calendar management for Financial Advisor, proactively schedule clients * Case preparation for client meetings * Prepare and process new accounts for insurance and investments * Research and prepare investment proposals * Follow-up on insurance underwriting requirements * Track Financial Representative goals and provide support for achieving those goals * Update/maintain technology within the office and assist clients with online access/technology support * Source referrals through LinkedIn and other resources * Manage client segmentation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Experience: * Wealth Management: 1 year (Preferred) * Financial Planning: 1 year (Preferred) License: * FINRA License (Preferred) Additional Compensation: * Commission * Bonuses Work Location: * One location Benefits offered: * Others * Flexible schedules
