Essential Functions: * Support the HR department with general administrative work. * Create and maintain reports. * Filing/Scanning. * Executing miscellaneous projects, as needed. Minimum Qualifications: * Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate program. * Student member of the SHRM is a plus. * Local candidates only. Competencies: * Excellent written and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Must maintain confidential information. Total Rewards for Interns: * This is a paid, temporary position. * The internship will be approximately for 3-4 months * Flexible hours within 7A 6P, Monday to Friday. * Entertainment discounts. Physical Requirements: * Lifting: min. of 25 lbs. * Standing: Up to 4 hours per day. * Seating: Up to 7 hours per day. * Walking: Up to 4 hours per day. * Reaching: Up to 1 hours per day.
