As the Project Coordinator Intern you will have the opportunity to support the Program Managers responsible for projects within the EntTech portfolio. Responsibilities may include: * Scheduling and Coordinating Meetings * Capturing meeting notes * Tracking decisions, actions, risks and status * Preparing reports on metrics, milestons, * Creating and maintaining documentation * Navigating through several software programs * Testing software functionality * Communicating effectively through multiple chanels * Managing network folder creation, access and migration Basic Qualifications : What we are looking for... * Natural ability to be super resourceful * Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts * Responsible and able to work with autonomy and minimal direction * Ability to leverage available resources and ask for help when needed * Flexibility with shifting tasks within the project landscape * Ability to carry ownership for various documentation and project components * Technically savvy and able to learn new software programs quickly * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Basic technical knowledge and ability * Positive attitude * Eagerness to contribute to a project team * Ability to use MS Office programs * Presentation experience including building materials Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Familiar with MS Project * Experience or interest working in an IT environment * Experience or interest working in project management * Strong project/team management, finance, and analytical skills. * Understanding tasks as they relate to the project as a whole * Ability to lead meetings and present materials * Knowledge of project management software tools Required Education : Required Education: * Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program Additional Information : Additional Details: * The approximate dates of this internship are August/September 2019 through January 2020 * Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship * Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program * Must possess unrestricted work authorization * Housing: Interns must provide their own housing for the duration of their internship program. * Transportation: Interns must have reliable transportation to get to and from work for the duration of their internship program.
