AHF is currently seeking a Client Experience and Retention intern to work full-time that will start on June 3rd through August 30th. The program will provide insight for students who have interest in the field of Healthcare Administration, Public Health or Marketing. This position is paid $10.50 hourly. The Client Experience and Retention Intern contributes to AHF's mission by supporting the Client Experience department in achieving its overall objective, increase overall satisfaction with regards to AHF services to increase both patient engagement and improve patient retention. They will also assist with managing existing client experience programs, The will also play an active role in developing new programs and tools to refine our understanding of our client base and examine how multiple teams can provide seamless client service with the goal of improving each client touch point. Within their duties of supporting the AHFs client experience programs, this position has the opportunity to influence department and organization cultural change. In addition, better client experience performance will enhance AHF's reputation in the communities we serve and allow AHF to be known as one of the worlds best healthcare/advocacy organization.
