Compression Systems Engineering is seeking several highly motivated candidates to work in the areas of structures or design engineering. This is an opportunity to support the development of world class compression systems. This associate will be responsible for project engineering, designing or performing structural analysis on compression system hardware and will work collaboratively to solve problems with integrated product teams and system design teams. Responsibilities may include o General task management and execution o Creating technical reports and reviewing results o Design and analysis support of tasks from preliminary design through hardware delivery phases o Coordinating with others in advancing technology and process improvements. Working towards a B.S or M.S degree in mechanical engineering at an accredited university.| Academic or previous technical intern experience designing hardware, analyzing test data, conducting finite element analysis or experience designing or analyzing gas turbine engine hardware a plus. | Candidates must have demonstrated strong teaming and communication skills.
