JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Be aware of and able to refer to regulatory agency standards and codes, mainly OSHA Pick up completed EHS audit & training forms throughout the facility Assist in maintaining Safety Data Sheets, & transition to SDS as stated by the GHS requirements Check SDSs received against existing, shred duplicates, process new revisions for scanning & entry into files, archive older revisions Revise NFPA labels to include pictograms, signal word, hazard statements & precautionary statements Add GHS labels throughout the plant Watch for SDSs as they arrive and indicate in the file name SDS after the code name when saving electronically Complete EHS audits as scheduled Data entry tasks as directed Update injury incident data as needed Enter safety data in new Safe Track system. Develop data reports in Safe Track Update communication screens at both entrances Update next months Safety Meeting agendas & distribute safety meeting agenda, quizzes and handouts Update Process Layout Approvals Index Ensure compliance updates are achieved within appropriate time frames Organize & consolidate drums in 90�day Haz. Waste (SS) Room ISO Aspects & Controls posting & department manuals updates LOTO procedure updates on all machines throughout the plant Update JSAs (Job Safety Analysis) as necessary Replace Satellite Hazardous Waste signage with improvements (label / tag holders, etc.) Assist with noise and air quality monitoring and documentation tasks Conduct new�hire safety training sessions Research various personal protective equipment alternatives as needed Conduct other research as requested by the safety manager Assist with filing of safety training & other safety records Job Requirements Must be a full time student Job Type Working Student Division Footer Text Ready to drive with Continental?
