This is a unique opportunity to receive project-based work that requires teamwork, ingenuity, and creativity, as well as tactical responsibilities that expose the intern first-hand to the experiences of a full-time marketing professional at Munchkin. You'll do: Assist Marketing Brand Managers and Associate Brand Managers in managing a portfolio of products and generating consumer demand for those products. Assists in the development and successful execution of all marketing strategies to assure achievement of the sales and profit objectives. Complete a strategic project on an assigned topic that will provide Munchkins Executive Team with an actionable recommendation to grow the business. The project will require conducting research, analyzing data, formulating recommendations, and presenting the recommendations to the team. Work with marketing management to prepare and present marketing plans, as well as other internal and external presentations. Position Requirements Bring it! Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people of all levels and ability to function in a team environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Must be able to determine solutions, make sound judgments and carry out actions in an effective manner. Ability to be creative in the development of new products, promotions, and other areas involved in marketing and product development. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Strong knowledge or PC's and software including: MS Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point. Eligibility Requirements: Must be enrolled in an accredited full-time MBA program
