Tepa, LLC is actively seeking a Summer Intern that will provide support to business development group by entering data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes. The successful candidate will have quick typing skills, an analytical mind, exception attention to detail and a passion for precision. General business development support Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems Type in data provided directly from customers Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost What we are looking for? Currently enrolled and pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Business or Marketing or like discipline. The ideal intern will work full-time during their schools summer break (mid-May through mid-August) Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills
