We work closely with small businesses, corporations, non-profits, and private clients to deliver high-quality media deliverables. We seek a creative, resourceful, and eager learner that seeks an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience as well as industry mentorship to further augment their academic experience. Our goal in the experience is to equip you with the necessary expertise to segue you into the job market. As a multimedia intern, you will be immersed in a learning environment that will seek to challenge and hone your abilities as a marketer and as a creative. Part of your learning will be taking a key role in the shooting, editing, and producing of deliverables on a weekly basis in addition to assisting in the production of a podcast. Furthermore, you will be assisting in authoring creative assets for the organization for social media as well as the website. As we are located in Orange County we prefer an individual local to the area. However, will accept applicants if they have adequate transportation. Though this is a primarily remote position, some travel is required for special events, job shadows, shoot locations etc. Requirements - Passion for video, multimedia, and editing - Have the potential to deliver videos and photos that succinctly and clearly tell the desired story - Ability to deliver videos with cuts, graphics, sound and other elements that convey a quality production value and a level of technical sophistication. - Experience with non-linear editing programs such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Photoshop - Basic knowledge of the Adobe CC Suite (Lightroom, Audition, etc.) - Self Starter with proven time management skills - Knowledge of digital videography and photography cameras and equipment - Solid understanding of youth markets - Energetic and creative - Hard-working and team-oriented Nice to Have: - Outdoor and Adventurist spirit.
