The intern will work under the supervision of the Director of IT Services and will be responsible for reviewing and updating existing guidelines and procedures, incident management documentation and General Data Protection Regulation procedural documentation. Other duties may include working with IT Services staff on business continuity planning and documentation, providing training workshops for end users i.e., conference setup, simple A/V troubleshooting, etc. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergrad degree program focus in Management Information Systems/Information Technology Management Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/O365
