We are looking for a motivated, customer centric person who wants to grow their career in the automotive service industry and use their creativity for shop communications. The candidate must have automotive knowledge, as thoroughly educating customers on needed vehicle service and repairs is our service philosophy. The candidate should be willing to work in a variety of roles, including managing various aspects of the marketing program, such as social media, direct mail, promotions. The candidate will learn how to estimate repairs and manage customer communications. Shop is open Monday Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Qualities we are looking for: * Automotive knowledge * Comfortable with social media marketing * Superior written and verbal communication skills * Customer centric personality * Personally committed to the success of the business and willing to go the extra mile. * Good computer skills, or aptitude * Valid MN drivers license and clean driving record.
