HDR is searching for candidates for a full or part time summer intern position in the Geotechnical section. The work to be performed will involve reviewing boring logs, preparing subsurface profiles, performing slope stability, seepage and settlement analyses, coordinating field work with drilling firms, design of driven piles and drilled shaft foundations, limited field work to observe portions of construction, and general assistance with water, highway and railroad projects. Experience in these areas is preferred but not required. Training will be provided as needed.
