Responsibilities Dematic Corp is seeking Solution Design Engineering Intern in our Seattle, WA office. The Solution Design Intern will work closely with the Solution Design Engineering team to provide real-world solutions to our customers. We have opportunities for students majoring in various engineering degrees. We are looking for innovative and passionate interns who are self-starters and have the desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment. Qualifications Successful candidates must be pursuing their bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Software Engineering or a related field from an accredited university and have a GPA of 3.0 or above. Basic Engineering Drawing interpretation. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite/Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). Identifies and resolves problems that are more complex and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, positive attitude and goal orientated. Model our Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Courage, and Excellence. Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design software preferred.
