Our company is searching for a reliable and task-oriented person to handle administrative duties. We are looking for that person that knows their way around technology apps. This person is creative and knows different solutions or can find out how to figure it out. This is the person that can be asked a basic tech question like: "Why doesn't my printer work?" and they can find out why and get it to work. This is an entry level position - that could grow or evolve quickly depending on skills, common sense and logic applied to simple tasks. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. All the skills below are examples of tech apps that may or may not be needed. IF you have other tech skills not detailed below - please include in your resume. The ideal candidate must possess - all of these type of skills will be used to streamline basic tasks: * Microsoft Excel templates, macros, look-ups * Google Docs, Google Sheets * SQL, XML, Visio, Teamwork projects * Call Fire or Nextiva campaigns for outbound calls * Grow or IDashboards knowledge * Adobe, Word, Excel, Docusign template design * Ability to be a proactive problem solver - be able to figure thing out with technology upgrades Before we interview anyone - they will need to take an assessment test.
