The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work part time during the school year and full time during the summer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement, modify, and document assembly processes. Assist project execution, conduct experiments, collect and report results Assist new processes and new component qualification Design, implement, and modify tooling for process improvement Provide support to engineering staff and management as needed. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Understand. Create. Simplify. Other duties as assigned.
