This role works closely with internal local procurement, sales, finance, and other support roles. This is an hourly part-time position with a maximum of 30 hours per week. The Procurement Intern position is located locally in Waukesha, WI. Responsibilities Monitor internal public procurement email alias and route emails to the appropriate party Place, track, and fulfill customer and internal purchase orders with publishers and distributors Obtain monthly rebates and coordinate with finance to ensure timely completion Assist with projects relating to sourcing and spend analysis Support requests from internal sales, purchasing and other operational team members Develop relationships with publishers, suppliers and distribution Communicate in a timely and effectively manner via emails, reports and reminders Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for new tasks and explores opportunities to add value to the organization Perform other duties as assigned by SoftwareONE management Qualifications Associates degree in business, purchasing, or related field preferred 0-3 years professional purchasing or customer service experience is preferred but not required Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Solid problem solving, consultative, and research skills Motivated self-starter who is reliable to work in a team environment Highly customer service oriented Ability to analyze information with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a multitude of projects simultaneously General math skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
