In this position you will: Assist in Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve hospital operations. He/she will ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. The successful candidate will be expected to build positive working relationships with customers and key stakeholders and possess a desire to develop both process improvement and project management capabilities. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio Strong attention to detail and follow through skills Strong critical thinking skills Ability to develop project management skills and accurate sense of reporting, anticipation, risk identification, strong communication methods Strong communication ( oral and written ) skills and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with and influence others Ability to analyze data, consciously recognize any errors present and develop executive summaries based on interpretive findings; demonstrated ability to execute analytical thought processes Strong quantitative analysis, root cause analysis, logical structuring and business care development skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team; excellent networking and relationship-building skills Ability to translate data findings into information and display it in a useful manner for constituents Build effective working relationships with others Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or related field Certified Associate in Project Management ( CAPM ) or Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification About the Region you will serve.
