The Marketing Intern will work within the dynamic NHA Marketing and Brand Strategy team, executing NHAs key strategies in areas including brand, design, social media, tradeshow and event planning, and demand/lead generation through digital marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills while working on customer-facing projects that have direct and measurable business impact. At the successful completion of your internship, you will have gained experience to prepare you to enter a fast-paced, corporate marketing department. This internship is for Summer 2019. Responsibilities Build a library of graphic resources and assist with other graphic design needs/related projects to effectively represent the NHA brand and products Collaborate with marketing team members to create and help execute marketing campaigns and report analytics Document tradeshow processes and help with event planning and logistics Execute social media strategy to engage our B2C and B2B audiences Assist with other marketing projects as needed Education and Experience Currently enrolled in a University Strategic Communications/Journalism, Marketing, or Advertising program in their Junior or Senior year, or Masters program. Prior coursework, jobs or internship experience in executing marketing campaigns and tactics (digital & print) with creative design experience Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Self-starter, proactive attitude with strong time-management skills, curious about understanding and solving problems Ability to collaborate with a team Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite Savvy technology user with a solid understanding of major social media platforms Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Please include writing samples or portfolio with your cover letter and resume when applying.
