We are seeking a Brand amp; Buzz Intern for our Marketing department. This is a paid internship. Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) ndash; can accommodate part-time hours for college students going back to school. Duration:June- September Roles amp; Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing, Content Creation and Distribution middot;Generate ideas and strategies to help develop, expand, and maintain Citadelrsquo;s social media marketing efforts. middot;Schedule and post social media content on a daily basis (on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). middot;Repurpose marketing materials from other traditional and digital channels for Citadelrsquo;s social media channels. middot;Assist with taking photos and video clips at Citadel events for social media assets. Writing and Editing middot;Assist with writing social media and blog posts, as needed. middot;Assist with writing, editing, and proofing other marking materials, as needed. Social Media Customer Service middot;Work with the Call Center, Web and Digital teams to research and gather background about customer inquiries, complaints, and comments on Citadelrsquo;s social media and third-party websites (i.e. Google locations, Yelp). middot;Monitor and respond to customer complaints, inquiries, and comments on social media and other websites (under supervision). middot;Assist with tracking of social media online ldquo;voice of customer.rdquo; Monitoring and Reporting middot;Help monitor Citadelrsquo;s social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. middot;Understand and monitor social media analytics. May be asked to assist with tracking and reporting for social media, as needed. Qualifications Weare looking for a College Junior going into their Senior yearbut will also consider recent grads. Preferred majors are communications and marketing but exposure to various social media platforms is a must.
