Projects will be assigned that provide meaningful real-world experience in an in-house legal department located in the U.S. but supports its international joint ventures and subsidiaries. This opportunity offers the opportunity to work full-time or part-time this summer. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide research to assist with continuing to develop Twin City Fan's Compliance Program Assist with contract review Assist with the implementation of a Contracts Management Software tool to organize the company's legal contracts and other documents.
