Transform every aspect of business commerce Company Description: Alpha Biz Commerce is a tech startup, that seeks to combine an online marketplace for the purchase and sale of small businesses with data analytics, a built-in referral network, and project management tools for professionals to assist in the transaction. The company is in its early stages, pre-funding. Alpha Biz is seeking students or other professionals interested in participating in an unpaid Legal Internship for at least 3 months. Duties: Legal Interns will perform a variety of tasks from legal research analysis to public relations, data science, and business development and are expected to perform other duties as required. If the student / professional has an interest in a particular functional area, we can certainly tailor the internship content to that. Tasks may include: 1. Analyzing Industry statistics 2. Data Science 3. Critiquing the BizOps Business Model 4. Product Refinement 5. Strategic Partnerships 6. Market Research Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week but flexible for a duration of 3 months or more Compensation: Unpaid position. To earn school credit, you must make arrangements yourself. Location and Time: Entire team meets primarily in San Gabriel or Agoura Hills, Saturdays and Sundays from 2:30PM to 8PM, but work can be done remote or via Zoom / Discord / phone.
