About this position: This opportunity will work closely with the CEO to study the business. This will focus on the custom hospitality furniture, the clients and the factories. Learn ground level details of how the business works. It will focus on business development, daily operations and business strategy. The intern will be committed to a 3-year intensive plan. Fully immerse on the business operation to understand the details of how the business works. As part of the internship; you will visit major business operations, travel internationally for thorough understanding of the supply chain within China and Vietnam, travel with sales people to understand the customer engagement process. After the program is completed, the opportunity to join this growing industry can present itself in different leadership and strategic positions. Key Responsibilities: * You will work directly for the president and support on key projects and initiatives. * You will support the tracking and engagement in these key projects across the company * Traveling across the business to China, Vietnam, Mexico for supply chain, and USA for customer visits. * Engagement throughout all departments of the organization to learn the mechanics and how the business works from the inside. * Conduct Ad Hoc deep dives to provide data insights useful for decision making, analysis processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities, and anticipating for risks. * Be involved in financial result preparation and communication to stakeholders in a board setting when appropriate. * Support the leadership team in recommending and executing critical decisions and driving business growth. * Develop skills to drive insights and action in the business. * Learn key success factors to project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex and international environment. * Learn to anticipate and mitigate risks, work collaboratively with a leadership team to accomplish goals, and communicate results to stakeholders.
