Summer Intern Global Co Lab Network - Arlington, VA Responded to 75% or more applications in the past 30 days, typically within 4 days. Internship The Global Co Lab Network is a non profit start up, based in Arlington VA, a virtual do tank that empowers inter-generational engagements building on teen and millennial passions, incubating initiatives (on any issue) out of carefully designed and facilitated Co Lab Design Salons in living rooms. The Co Lab is looking to hire a passionate, mission-oriented intern. The position is open to current undergraduate and graduate students who are eligible to work in the United States. The Summer 2019 internship requires a minimum commitment of 2.5 months with start and stop dates flexible. The Intern will work a minimum of 15 hours a week in the Co Labs Arlington VA co-work space in Clarendon. Applications will be taken on a rolling basis until the position is filled. Looking for a start date of mid-lated May 2019. Interns will be given office space and a minimal stipend. The Co Lab seeks an intern who has excellent time management and organizational skills, is a strong writer and researcher, can operate in a fast paced environment, and is comfortable working with minimal supervision. The position requires considerable maturity as well as passion in the mission of the Co Lab and its values of inclusiveness, inter-generational collaboration, and action. The Intern will join the Founding Director in most meetings and in strategic discussions. The Intern will play a key role in providing the Co Lab with administrative, logistical, and operational assistance needed to execute its work, including work on fundraising, event planning.
